AMRAP 15min
9 Deadlift @45kg
12 Push-ups (w Hand Release)
15 Box Jumps @ 20"

Finisher:
90 sec work; 90 sec rest
Work in pairs, 1 works whilst other counts.
20 sec transition between stations
A: Row for Calories
B: Push Press (Bar)
C: Dead Hang (1 point for every second hanging, -1 point for every second on the ground)
D: Bench Dips

Total = Cals + Reps + Seconds Hanging - Seconds Rest + Reps
