  2. Sun 1/2 marathon training - (Wk train = mon pump tues/thur/sat crossfit wed sun balance, fri ride sun arvo progressive run)Due 7km= 3km L10 interval tready run + 4km run L10:20sec L12:20 L14 20sec for 1.5km L10 1km & repeat to finish.(calf bit better time 4 it to toughen up)
    Last wk - 6km hill tready climb - ouchy calf took 40min & hurt : ( Sun 5th IWD 5km 24min limpy calf Previous wk horizon dr rd 5km run 26min bladder issues last 5min : (
