Part B:
5 x Carpark walk (200m) with dumbells.  Rest 2min
(increase weight between laps)

Part C:
Rotate through Strict Press / Push Press / Push Jerk.until 30 reps are completed.
(When you can no longer strict press, just rotate through push press & push jerk)
