Event 1.
Power clean 1rm – 7min
+ Double unders – amrap unbroken sets of 15 for 1kg points

Rules: No barbell warm up in warm up area. Must start from an empty bar. No more than 3 double under sets can be completed b/t lifts. Same ropes for all.

Total score= kgs + # of unbroken DU sets

Event 2.
For Time:
10 Power snatch, 42.5/30kg
20 Burpees
10 Power snatch, 42.5/30kg
20 Burpees
10 Power snatch, 42.5/30kg

Event 3.
’10min Capacity Test’
amcap 4min – Row cals
rest 60sec
amrap 3min – Pull ups
rest 60sec
amrap 2min – High bar back squat 60/40
rest 60sec
amrap 1min – Shoulder to overhead, 60/40

Score is total reps/cals completed

Event 4.
For time:
Run 4.5km (3×1.5km laps)
*70 Step down box jumps, 70/60cm

Rules:
You must run 3 laps of a 1.5km loop, during one of those laps (you choose which one) you must complete 70 step down box jumps. You can set/rep the box jumps however you like, but they must be done all together (I.e. You cannot split them up across different laps).
