In pairs, complete the following
50 (Wo)man Man Makers*
100 Pull-ups
150 KB Swings
200 V-Situps

* WIth 2 dumbells, perform a push-up. At the top of the push-up, do a one-arm dumbell row for each arm. Bring your legs up (like a burpee) and perform a DB Squat Clean, finishing with the dumbells overhead.
